He is not good enough, he looked ropey today he has not got the desire or hunger of Amir very lazy Haroon, he gets beat by the Welsh lad next.

so much talk and focus on khan fighting for pakistan because he did not
make team England.

viewed his first bout and was not impressed with his style or skills.
- he would be a prime candidate for a right to the body - short left hook

What is wrong with TEAM AUSTRALIA, on a courier mail site their heading
reads "Taking On The Poms" and the mission statement
"The Medal Tally That Matters".

Give it a rest Team Australia - their child like temper tantrums started
in boxing with the weigh-in issues and the faulty scales - a lot of
belly-aching by the gang from down under, at least the New Zealander
s showed class and made reasonable suggestions.

Maybe their team captain LUKE JACKSON needs to get it on with England's
TOM STALKER in a lightning lightweight fight.

There are many things more important than winning medals and acting with class
is more important such as England's TOMMY STUBBS when he dropped a close decision

Some of the interesting bouts in anticipation:

One of the most interesting semi-final wins was ANTHONY OGOGO over the Indian "Superstar".

It appeared that Anthony was going to be robbed blind by the judges with the hocus pocus
method of scoring when they let the button pushing fingers drift in one direction, but the
saving grace was a cool fair and responsible referee - but we can only wonder what will become of the referee in future tournaments.

One of the most anticipated finals is STALKER vs TAYLOR (The Rose vs the Thistle)/

Then there will be the bouts with the likes of BARNES, and the English Scott CALLUM JOHNSON
fighting the Northern Irish warrior Thomas Mc. Will it be a "Big Mac: attack or mac on his back?

Since when have India produced good boxers ? They seem to be doing well in these games. They don't like African fighters that's for sure, very biased towards European and Indian fighters.
