When he won the Olympics I actually thought he was very poor and the weakest of all the champs. I did not believe he would be a world champ but now he is actually developing into a decent fighter.

Listen I'm not suggesting De Gale is the next Lennox Lewis

But he is well on course to become a world championship calibre fighter.

I know your not mate im just saying, i think Gary Mason was alot more capable. And was actually more Frank Bruno's level. It's just his eye let him down, and i think he performed pretty bravely in the Lennox Lewis fight.

Im also high on James De Gale, i think he looks top notch. It's just the Super Middleweight division is so deep at the moment it will be tough for him.

Could be right mate, his chin looks very shaky in the last two fights, really dissapointed with Bellew I thought he could of gone far.

    Piper seems to hate Bellew.

Bellew's getting back into it now, but he's still looking really worried about Ovill's right hand. There's a good reason McKenzie is avoided!

Did you see Bellew after the second knockdown, he was pacing around having a full on argument with himself, with the ref chasing him trying to give him a count and Bellew pretty much ignoring him.

Defo a dodgy stoppage for me. Bellew will get smashed when he steps up more.

Looks like he is struggling at the wieght Bellew I thought there wasnt the usual snap in his punches.

His chin looks shocking at 175.

Props to Bellew for the way he came back from the early setbacks, and he probably had come back and made it competitive, but the ref thrust himself into centre stage with that stoppage. It doesn't only ruin it for Ovill, who was competitve throughout, but had been shipping big shots in rounds 6 & 7 as well, but it robs Bellew of getting to finish McKenzie off properly and will leave a bit of a stain on the victory.
