Froch vs Miranda/lacy or maybe cleverly?

Froch could beat all three of them in the same night. Hell, he could probably beat all three of them at the same time... He's going to knock out Johnson too.

Really doubt that man. Johnson is a hard days night for anyone, and I think he can upset Froch. He sure as hell won't be stopped by Froch, Tavourous Cloud hurt Johnson but he could not stop him and Cloud is a beast of a fighter. Much bigger than Froch and hits a good deal harder.

Froch has really become quite a good top fighter, very unorthodox and skilled.

I'm a huge fan of Johnson and to be honest I'd like nothing more than to see him win the Super 6 and make some quick money before retiring. But, and I have said this in a couple of threads now, Froch is at the top of his game at the moment (he's a top 10 P4P fighter IMO) and Johnson has to get old sometime. Fighting at 168, something I believe he hadn't done in something like ten years before the Green fight, is going to catch up to him too. I think both those things happen in the Froch fight.

Froch would beat the crap outta all of those guys. And by lacy I hope we ain't talkin Jeff . Better pray there's another brother that can fight, Jeff couldn't beat some bantomweights. I'd pick mares to beat his ass! Now as far as glen Johnson I dunno. Depends on which Johnson shows. I can see how someone could pick Carl to ko his ass though. People think I'm crazy but I think any of these guys in this whole division would have trouble with cloud . Maybe I smoke too much but the fights I've seen the guy has been no joke.

Froch does seem to be peaking lately with his win over Abraham, and what probably shoulda been a close win over Kessler, but I think your giving him too much credit. Wasn't long ago he was trailing against Taylor til he knocked him out in the last round, and that was quite a close fight he had with a shop worn Kessler.

Froch should be the favorite against Johnson, but I think Johnson can put the pressure on him and wear him down.

Cleverly is actually a world class fighter.

Cleverly is just another hometown fighter with a padded record who's finally going to take on a "recognized" name, and well i don't really rate Braehmer too highly either, and in order to be WORLD CLASS you have to have beaten world class opposition, something neither Cleverly nor Braehmer have even come close to doing

Cleverly is a prospect

he hasnt got to the point in his career where he can be considered to have a padded record because he has only just started boxing full time

he has excelled at the level he has fought at and couldnt have been expected to fight at any higher level considering his age experience and situation, it seems now he will start mixing it with better fighters

Big call there CFH. KOing Johnson would be a big statement. I believe Froch will always have trouble with fast boxers like Dirrell and Taylor. I see Johnson as a tougher assignment in retrospect than Abraham was, but Froch once again passing the test with flying colors. A KO though would be huge.
