He was indeed a killer at 175.

His jab, especially was a punisher.

It's just a shame that he had to kill himself to make the weight.

For me one of biggest misses of that time was not seeing a zoned force like Moorer getting crack at a Czyz, Williams or Hill among others. Williams seemingly wanted nothing to do with anyone stateside and he and Hill came close, then Hill opted for bigger name & payday in 'old' Hearns. Oops.

He was a beast but he was not tested and Williams would have hung in there and maybe pulled out a victory. Either way it would have been good. Moorer jumped straight to heavyweight which meant he was boiling down too much and had to end fights quickly.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Weight was killing him, hvy was planned for sometime. Have flip flopped since, hindsight being 20-20 and think Hill would have given him stifer fight and frustrated him big with movement. Williams tk'd Czyz and then sort of went into preserve trinket mode, but huge experience on Moorer who was flustered with Allen and Stewart before nasty power came on. Would have been interesting.
