Default International Prize fighter, the heavyweights, This looks interesting

You've probably already discussed this on here, but as I seldom visit this board I've probably missed it but is anyone else excited about the upcoming Prizefighter International?

The lineup looks pretty cool with a couple decent names in there.

    Mike Perez vs Fres Oqendo
    Kevin Johnson vs Gregory Tony
Michael Sprott vs Tye Fields (this makes me laugh for some reason )
Juan Carlos Gomez vs Konstantin Aircih

That is one hell of a lineup for a prizefighter tourny.

My guess would be Johnson and Gomez would be the guys to beat but Oquendo will be tough. Likely he will lose a disputed decision.

Can't wait to see Tye Fields, he's always entertaining with his huge tree style collapses to the canvas, I'm just wondering if Sprott can do him.

Very entertaining night in prospect I reckon..

I am kind of inclined to agree with you there Bilbo, but I saw something on fightnews suggesting that Oquendo had pulled out due to a family or friends bereavement. Hopefully they can find another decent replacement. Would love to see one of the young British heavyweights go in there to see if he could clean house.

Wouldn't mind seeing big John Mcdermott in this. I'd definitely be rooting for him.

Seen Perez a few times, that kid has got skills. It will interesting how he fares against the higher calibre fighters that he will be facing on the night.

    Can't wait for it.
