If Tye Fields had have moved to Quebec, instead of Edmonton, he could have been French champion now

As usual, I'm rooting for the underdog....or he may well be the under 'log' when he goes timberrrrr! Good punch from Fields in the semi, Perez has had an awesomely easy route to the final, so I'm not convinced on him yet.

Big Sky's going to need a few big shots to fell this one though.

I hope Perez wins, because it will be good to see him in a few decent domestic fights in the future.

Sorry, I forgot. Fat Mick couldn't put a decent fight together.

Didn't even get to see him hit the deck. Fields wasn't even using the jab, so what did he expect. Bad showing in the final, but easiest night's work possible for Perez. If he's the fighting pride of Cork, why don't they have their own fighters?

Fair play to Perez, and fair play to Cork for producing such a talent.
He is about as easy to understand as a Cork person when he speaks to be honest though...

Alread y Perez looks like probably the 5th best heavy in the world after the Klits, Haye and Adamek. That says more about the state of the heavyweight division than him, but he did look impressive.

He'd certainly make for some great domestic matchups. Can't wait to see hi again.

Maybe him v the winner of Fury v Del Boy? Or do you think he would beat them didnt see any of it tonight so can't comment.

I actually reckon his next fight will be v Audley both Matchroom fighters makes sense.

Id never seen him fight before tonight but he looks like an younger, in shape Solis. Certainly all 3 performances were more impressive than any of Fury's, I think he destroys Tyson in about 6 rounds. Chisora is a step up from that level though. Would be a great fight.

He looks good though, very quick, aggressive, decent power. One to watch for sure.

Perez might be in with a chance of fighting the winner of McDermot vs Price.

I think both Del Boy and Fury will think they are too above him to fight him.

Perez wants a title fight now

All of the interesting heavyweights dropped out of this contest before it happened.
