Well I know its not all from 1 training camp, but still I wonder about his ability to take a punch...until I see him handle a solid punch from a good puncher I won't believe it.

I still think Arreola needs a new trainer.

Mars - his skill may not be much, but it's sufficient to beat or compete well with many of the top ten heavyweights.

I think he starts calling out one of the Russians. It's a risk and I'm not sure he'd win by any means, but he'd make it a good fight. He's light enough now that he'll be able to cut the ring off better. He can punch pretty tough too.

Are they really replaying Pacquiao vs Mosley instead of showing the Arreola fight?

Wow, I have to say this is a shocker to see him get this low. It's usually in the 250s for Arreola. I still think Arreola would be more effective if he was in the high 220s.

There are plenty of exciting fights for Arreola if he can right the ship: Chagaev, Dimitrenko, Boytsov, Helenius, hell I think an Arreola-Thompson match would be really competitive.

Arreola needs to go back to throwing more punches, more combinations....he could recover, he's got time.

One thing's for sure, Sam Peter isn't gonna be one of those names, He is done after his last fight

That's for sure man, Peter didn't even show up for Helenius....damn shame too because he could have held on a bit longer had his team made better decisions for him. He didn't need to take that big of a fight after taking the beating Wlad handed him.

I was thinking the same thing. I turned it on curious to see how he would look after dropping some pounds, and i have to see the shameful Shane mosley.

Having a fat gut doesn't make your chin better. Seeing as the fat bastard has probably only lost fat (and he still looks like an out of shape overweight fat fuck by the way) I don't think it'll change anything.

The reason why fighters punch resistance goes a bit when losing weight is when the fighter is actually weight drained, meaning the body is either malnurished or on the border of malnurishment. When malnurishment hapopens the body has gone into famin mode and is eating muscle rather than fat or ideally energy from food.

I don't think Cissy needs to worry about that.

Really he should be fighting where he belongs, cruiser weight. He just can't be arsed.
