I understand that perspective, but a couple of careless words designed to hype up a fight and get under the skin of an opponents (which obviously backfired) are not sue-worthy IMO.

Exactly, this is punching people on the head for a living. It isn't a sport blessed with too many finishing school types. You say nasty things to get under skin and hype a fight. It has always been that way. You have to roll with the punches in boxing.

If everyone started suing the moment someone runs their mouth then it would start to get a bit silly.

All governing bodies should now make these tests mandatory. The more sophisticated peds are getting over the years, the longer fighters careers are carrying on, the higher the weight classes they are able to climb. You have to be gullible and naive to believe there is no cheating going on. Not only that, too many very high profile fighters have already been caught cheating but still people want to believe that its all just good nutrition and the same training fighterrs have been doing for decades. Its not like skill levels have risen either
