You're right. For a man who came back from a one year layoff, I think his performance was decent.. Everyone has been knocking on him for going the distance with Lopez instead of giving him credit for putting in good rounds.. Not only was he rusty, but he had an undefeated fighter in front of him and those types of opponents are not easy to beat. Not only that but Lopez was pretty slick and it's hard to look good against someone like him..
What I saw was a more composed Pavlik. He was experimenting some new moves such as his short left hook and I was impressed by it. Given his inactivity, I think he was trying to put in some good rounds to shake off the rust..
Pavlik/Abraham makes sense at this point imo...
Fair enough. Although we dont see eye to eye on the activity part, I do agree that Floyd should fight soon.. and I did delete him from my P4P list cuz it's not fair to the other fighters who have been fighting on a consistent basis..
But I got to say one thing. How can you give me a red point just because I disagreed with you.. We're not in Elementary school, are we? You took an unneccesary stab at me first...
It's all good though cuz i look forward to debating with you..
