I remember the handwrapping incident with Tito's wraps. That Nazim knows how to look out for his fighters

It is customary for the opposing trainer to be present at the handwrapping and when Nazim got to Tito's prep area the wraps were already on and when Nazim asked them to do them again Trinidad Sr was extremely defensive claiming that he didn't want to go thru the process again. Nazim eventually had to insist that the hands be rewrapped in his presence because Sr's initial refusal to rewrap the hands made him suspicious. I am not accusing Tito of cheating but this is just an interesting tidbit from that fight.

The way he hit Joppy was freakish power, Just sayin.

This was one of my favorite fights of all time, George Foreman was still calling fights for HBO, and I believe up until the final round and KD he thought Trinidad was going to knock Hopkins out.

Highlights:

Good competitive fight, still Trinidad looks small in that bout.

Tito did seem toothless against Roy Jones and Winky Wright. Just saying.

I could remember this fight as the first fight of Hopkins I have watched.... and it was because of Trinidad.

After this fight I became a big Hopkins' fan.
