All I just know is this. Mayweather-Hatton fight, Brits got into fights with other people after the match. Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, Brits got into it with the Filipinos. And from what my friend described it was the Brits initiating the attack. Say what you want about the overzealous Filipino Pac fans on message boards, but in real life they at least don't attack people, nor yell racial slurs and then attack them. I also went to the EM-Pac 3 fight, with lots of Mexicans/latinos and Filipinos there, no problem at all between the 2 groups, more of an internet thing if there is conflict.
And the other thread about Wlad/Haye/HW champs, I was clearly taking the piss. I at least don't attack people over it on the streets that is nothing more than a sporting related event. You guys do. And I think that is scary as hell because in reality it' not that important.
About Americans rioting, I misread on that. Even if the Argentineans were violent rioters, does that excuse the Britons from attacking people after those boxing events? I think what I asked in this thread is a legit question, considering people were saying that it's just entertainment and shouldn't be taken seriously. And I agree. However, from what I witness in '07 and my friend attending the '09 fight, it wasn't for a group of people.

Well, it's kind of hard to take anything you say seriously seeing how you apparently believe Haye is more white than Wlad
Yes, Hatton fans are primarily Brits, but they are not in the main, boxing fans. They are also boozed up twats who love to go on holiday & cause trouble. You get Poles, Argentinians & Italians who all do the same, yet they don't get threads asking if they've been attacking people.
I assume you meant Hatton-Pacquiao, not Mayweather-Pacquiao, & I can say that at the weigh-in, the aggression & racism was largely coming from the Brits. Most of it was aimed at Bernard Hopkins & Amir Khan, although I won't forget the stupid bastard how shouted that 'Ricky's gonna knock ya out ya chinky coont'. Famous last words. At the actual fight, most of the racism came from Pacquiao fans. Humberto Soto, who fought on the undercard, was called 'a dirty wetback' and a 'Mexican piece of shit', while numerous idiots were going on about Pacquiao 'fucking that whiteboy up, coz that's how we do'. So they were both at it.
Anyway it's one thing asking if pissed up fans at an event got into some scuffles. It's quite another asserting that boxing fans and general members of the public went out and committed hate crimes because of a fight. Do you need this said clearly? No, they didn't it's a absolutely ridiculous stupid idea. Not quite as stupid as Wlad being blacker than Haye though
