Why was Hornfinger banned?

The real question should be: how come he's not been banned before?

As far as I got told, he's out for one month for repeated misbehaving, harsh vocabulary and inappropriate remarks

In that case we should ban Bilbo as he calls me a cunt at least 7 times every day. And we should take away all his coolclicks. And make him eat paper. And other stuff too.

To be fair I don't mind Hornfinger. He's a bit extreme and thus quite mad, but very entertaining.

The difference is that Bilbo doesn't scorn all the time people with unappropriate stuff and when he does so, 90% of the time it's for a good laugh and to stir up some controversy to feed his lust for entertainment. Horny is just a proper nuisance.
