All rioters with no exception , should have been warned via a loud speaker and given 20 mins to disband and go home.
Then the authorities should have opened fire with live ammunition , to show the who is running the show , all the families of the dead should then have had all wellfare taken away from them ( if on it ). No court appeals should have been allowed , and the bodies should have been made into a biofuel.
