Young women are a massive part of the problem, they should do the same kind of service, otherwise that is unfair. But better than aborting all the offspring.

An ability to marry at 16? An allowance to give birth in that environment? It all needs to be scrapped. No benefits for anyone like that.

I'm quite serious, teenage mothers need to be outlawed. Abort them, the babies, not the mothers....unless they can prove that they can provide.

Behave you wally, your starting to sound like Hornfinger. Is THAT really your idea of putting the emphasis back on the importance of the family unit?! Some policy reform that...
