the real question is do you want to lose this house for the sake of £6.500 but your offer is right IMHO

I personally only buy houses that I get cheap... I would be looking at a shitload of houses in the £190,000 area and would offer £170,000 on all of them until i got a bite.

and you will get a bite eventually trust me as there are alot of people in the shit and ready to be took advantage of

there are plenty houses on the market mate and its a massive decision... one of the biggest things you will ever buy in your life so my advice would be don't rush into anything
