Mayweather is not really a full blown welterweight. He is only fighting there because thats where the money is. I dont think he would have done so well against Hearns, Leonard and the like.

I think he would have beaten most people at the lower weights quite easily, except for Whittaker, Chavez and Duran. They would have been great fights.
