Lennox underestimated him though I think, and he always looked better in rematches apart from against Evander. Plus how many times could Vitali stand up to a shot like the uppercut Lewis hit him with?

Well he's never been down as a H/w. I think Vitali wasn't far from ending it, it looked that way. Plus Lewis was 38 so retirement must have been looming, this fight would have cemented it. That and his bitch! lol.
