Benn allowed to headbutt and rabbit punch to the back of Mcclellans head.

The 1st round when Benn was hung on the middle rope with his hands down and out on his feet which is a TKO even by Steve Smoger standards and didnt get waved off.

The ref FAIRLY gave Benn the proper count when he fell outside the ring BUT when the action resumed he kept holding Gerald Back for no reason giving Benn time to recover repeatedly. The Ref was clearly in someones pocket that night
