Do you think this afected the reffs desisions last night.
wel, using your example, JC faked hitting people to gain advantages in his fights and never got reprimanded for it.

I think the referee should be sacked, tbh. They employee some idiots as refs.
Dont understand your point about Calzaghe fake hitting people.
.

Sorry, I was referring to Calslappy. Different guy entirely.
The reality is you dont know what you are talking about.
Well, true, I'll concede that 'faking anothers punches on you' and 'faking your own punches perceived effect' are on different levels, the former is a direct cheat but still a common tool(Calzaghe used it too), the latter is a boxing tool to pick up points a la Sugar Ray Leonard v Hagler. I was definitely below the belt there, if you'll forgive the pun.

Mind you, I think you'll find the nickname Calslappy is well known in boxing, so I'm happy to be in a good company not knowing what its talking about.

Dont think Jeff Lacy would agree with you.
thank you! an excellent example of a single fight that I was trying to get you to post.

You are right that its unfair for Calzaghe to be judged as a slap artist on the basis of only a portion of his fights. I am glad you agree that it would be much fairer to judge fighters on their performance on each fight alone - which is my point in being, no one should judge BHop's performance against Dawson on the basis of a previous fight he cheated in.
That is true but it was hard not to think he was faking it when you look at the amount of times in a fight that he did something illegal. Literally almost every single fight. I think what might have happened is that Hopkins was doing another of his moves where he tries to buy time by saying he was hurt and then after taking 5 minutes off he comes back.
