You know I just checked his record to see how much he's weighing and apparently he was 244 for his last fight up from 227 on his debut.

Obviously Fury is well above him and that fight would be a mismatch. I don't think it's out of the question if he wins a few more however for him to be on a future International Prizefighter comp like the one Mike Perez just won.

Maybe a fight with Big Sky Tye Fields could be interesting down the line.

I wouldn't totally rule out a clash with Holyfield either.

My bet for big name future opponents for him over the next two years or so are as follows;

Ray Mercer, a natural choice, rematch of their MMA fight where Kimbo won

Hasim Rahman, I can easily pictue him taking on a +300lb plodding version of the Rock in early 2013

Audley Harrison. That man has no pride, he could easily be sold into thinking a fight with Kimbo is a possible way back to his heavyweight world title dream

Brian Neilson, Came out of a decade retirement, he'd step in with Kimbo I reckon

Francois Both, again, like Neilson he'd love to be the name draw in a fight with Kimbo I'd imagine

Tye Fields, another fight that would sell

Kevin Mcbride, Tyson conquerer, and probably the most winnable fight for Kimbo out of these

Andrew Golota, come on, I bet everyone would secretly be curious about how this would go down!

I'm not sure Kimbo could win any of these fights, I think McBride is possible over a short distance, we'll have to see how he goes when faced with somebody who can punch back. But I have to say I'm interested to see how his career goes.

It doesn't matter that he's nowhere near world class. He's just entertainment and I'd happily watch all of the above matchups.
