Cotto definetly needs to go back to 147 to fight mayweather or pacquiao it makes perfect sense. He would definetly give either a hell of a fight and maybe win vs pacqiao now. But vs mayweather I give it like a 40% chance which still makes a very close fight. People have to remember that Cotto's 3 fights after margarito he didn't even have a trainer that includes clottey and pacquiao so it's way diffrent this time around. I believe Cotto is on the rise again.
