Hey everyone I just wanted to ask a few questions about supplements. I have read through the sticky thread but I would like to know what supplements I as a boxer should take. I have a good diet but should I be getting more from taking any supplements? I definitely don't want to put on weight but is there anything that will help me with training and is it worth taking a protein supplement? Also what are the best brands for the supplements I need and can anyone recommend any (uk) links? Cheers everyone
