curls 3 sets, 10 reps (28 lbs)
pushups 5 set 10 reps
brench press 3 sets 10 reps (80lbs, not my max lol)

after those I do shoulder shrugs, lateral lifts, buttery flies, ect.

mate im 5ft 11 and only 118 lbs and im 17 u wudnt belive the amount of times the other kids coaches have wanted me to be wiehged again cus they cant believe im tht low in weight and tht tall but i have a large reach advatage over ppl alot heaveier never mind my weight division so bulk up its an advatage why bulk up and brawl when u can be taller than everyone else and just pick them off from the outside
