I could not understand how a man could get to be 40 years of age and have absolutley no concept of how to throw a punch, and have hands as soft as a baby's. Some of these guys were big, all buffed out and in great shape, but the only way they could hurt you with their hands would be by baking a poisoned cake, or calling their lawyer and telling him to sue you. I don't know where you coiuld possibly grow up to get that way.
The women, on the other hand, were savages. They came in and caught on fast and worked hard, like they had a plan to kick somebody's ass ASAP.
Yes the trainer is a real jerk with no class, at least in front of the cameras thats how he acts. Seems like he's taking his frustration that his boxing career is over and he never really went anywhere in the pros on these nerds. I wouldn't mind seein someone like James Kirkland come in there and ask to be trained then whip his ass when he inevitably talked shit to him on his improper technique

That is an interesting observation about the women by the way. Most women don't want to learn to fight, so seems like the ones that do are especially motivated, least in the MMA gym they are.
