Apparently Danny Garcia has to decide which belt he wants to keep the WBC or WBA belt as apparently hes not allowed to have both

This is strange, it really does not make any sense. How can Garcia be told to get rid of his titles simply because Suilaiman has told him to? Garcia has won both of these belts and deserves to keep them, maybe fight for the other two? and try and be recognized as the very best at 140. I dont get this at all.
