Shocking Vid: Bus driver uppercuts woman passenger in Cleveland

Apologies if this is a repost, I'm on my mobile so if somebody could embed this properly it would be appreciated. Even though you know what's coming its still a shock when he does it. You can't make it out on the video but apparently she spits on him which provokes him into doing it.

So was he right or wrong to do this?
