Sound a like is the superman theme with the star wars one sound similar.

Funny you should mention that, when in the pub the other week a mate challenged me to hum/ recite the theme tunes to star wars, superman and indiana jones, i challenge you to do it, my bet is no one would get it right first time!!

I think they are all John Williams themes and Star Wars and Superman are indeed very similar, both in the same key with virtually all the same sequence of notes albeit in a different order. Indiana Jones is a little different, much more jaunty and with a completely different arrangement and orchestration.
