he's shown he can handle the big boys power, and is big enough to mix it up at 147, he's slick has good technical ability and a southpaw, in other words, better than anyone Broner has faced
At welter Guerrero would manhandle Broner at the lower weight I am not so sure.
Broner already has claimed he's the bigger man, so shouldn't have a prob with it being at welterweight, IMO Guerrero beats him at 140 and 147
