I really like both fighters, but Matthysse would take Maidana apart. They can both crack, but only one of them can box and only one of them has a solid chin.

Exactly what I was thinking, how would Maidana possibly win that.
Maidana always has a chance because he can punch, but I would have Matthysse as a huge favourite. Matthysse's biggest flaws are that he seems like he can be outboxed and that he's not very fleet of hand or foot, but Maidana isn't the guy to exploit those weaknesses.
