Good question... it would've made a good poll.

For me it's Sulaiman, hands down. Bob Arum, like Don King, is a greedy bastard... putting his own financial interests ahead of the fans, and constantly throwing up roadblocks to prevent some of the best fights. Hopefully, he is a dying breed of promoter and will soon give way to others who will put the fans first. But being greedy isn't exactly breaking any rules.

Whereas Sulaiman is a corrupt bastard, who has made it painfully clear throughout the years that he's not above pushing any agenda that suits his personal interests. This includes bending and breaking the rules, as well as winking at his countrymen when they break the rules. His national bias is beyond belief. How this dinosaur has retained his stranglehold on the WBC presidency is beyond me. His transgressions could fill an encyclopedia. To me, Sulaiman makes Bob Arum and Don King look like choir boys in comparison. The worst part is... I believe once the old corrupt bastard is gone, the presidency will stay in the family (a son, I believe). It's like in Cuba, where everyone is waiting for Castro to kick the bucket, but his brother is already taking the reigns.

Fuck Sulaiman and his corrupt cronies.
