I watched Scott back off, not run! Theres something to like about a fighter who moves forward ti initiate a fight however when said fighter doesn't move his hands effectively the movement is in vain. Scott moving off is the same as moving laterially, its effective movement and when the opponent nears you fire punches FIRST! Which is what he did!! Effective agressiveness is not just moving forward, Glaskov could have and should have punched more often, he didn't and was out scored.
Both fighters could have fought better ( I hope) but neither is a top ten fighter anyways (are they?)
The heavyweight division is in the clouds for a long time now, when the welters & middleweights are more successfull its not good for the sport.
The big kids (size wise) in America are more interested in NFL football & Collegiate & pro Basketball than boxing. Theres fewer and fewer boxing gyms and theres a whole revolution going on about concusions and how much trama can be absorbed before problems arise. Its a concern with a football helmit on imagine the fuss over boxing!!!!!!! Ray.
