Almost all of what has been said is just about spot on, but i'll rejig them and put em back down as my own opinions .

Lamon Brewster lacks the quality and consistency to unfiy bugger all. He's getting on a bit, and he may get one more shot at one of the titles as a former holder, but I don't see anything from him suggesting that he will have any major impact on the division in the coming 24 months unless he picks up his game big time.

Sam Peter has really impressed me in the build up to the Toney clash, and he is saying the right things, and managing to rilw Toney up, though granted it is not too hard. He is also lead-handed, and if he can improve on his boxing skills, and move beyond being simply a puncher, then I don't see why he can't win a belt. But first, he needs to prove he's learnt from his defeat to Klitschko, which may just have been a case of too much too soon. He also has youth on his side, and is probably the best of this sorry bunch for the fans.

Calvin Brock is to boxing what maths is to schoolkids. He's a big part in the boxing scene, and granted is the best boxer among the bunch. However, the fans aren't taking to him, his charming mix of arrogance and belief that he is an exciting fighter is not endearing himself to anyone. There's also the rather interesting situation of him ditching his promoter hoping to get a better contract, and no-one sprinting forward to sign up this man who according to baxrec is the best heavyweight in the world. If he can win over the fans, and grab a world belt, would certainly be a player.

What the division really need is a crop of hw's who are more than just afraid to lose, but vitally, have to have the desire to win and to KO opponents. And for the love of the lord, some charisma among that mythical crop of young fighters would be wonderful. Anyone care to speculate on where this crop is currently growing?
