Hello, let me introduce myself as this is my first post - I'm 29 and a few years ago I used to train in Boxing but never got anywhere serious, Have recently found the urge, a buddy and an urge to take this up again. But I know Im incredibly rusty, average and have a lot to work on so would appreciate some critique please.

Im 5ft 11 - 160 lbs

I'm not looking to go pro or anything, just want to get a lot better than I am - I do shadow boxing 4 nights a week and only get the chance to spar one night a week. Have my own workout regime but heavy commitments due to family life
