Because Pac does not dictate their boxing decisions face flat on the canvas. Besides JMM & Bradley can now either still fight Pac or each other. Pac still aslo has a fight to win over Rios. Seems like they made a good decision or Arum made it for them to stretch out match making possibilities. All Arum needs is a war where Rios wins a controversial decion but Pac looks good.
