Look, it would have been a blessing for Magomed if he had been KO'ed. Having the lights turned off by a KO isn't the best thing for a fighter but it's better than taking solid shots to the head round after round, having your face busted up and winding up in the hospital.
This is my attitude, I didn't ask the guy to get in the ring but I do want him protected as much as possible, within the rules, while he is fighting for my entertainment. If we error for the sake of fighter safety then do it.
I think this is your attitude, I didn't ask the guy to get in the ring, if he fights a stupid and winds up in the hospital he should be grateful I spent the time and money to watch the fight. Am I wrong?
