Rios is borderline retarded to begin with, doubt he's a further medical case or anything like that. Manny would have to be an absolute mess to lose this, he'll have a heavy bag in front of him. Brandon is not really a puncher, unless Pacquiao has been physically jolted I don't see why he'd even be gunshy.
