(whether you believe the NSAC testing regimen isn't strict enough is another issue) When they stated they werent taking the test to appease Floyd, it cant be proven they were afraid of being exposed (if they were doing something illegal) .. simply that that weren't going to let Floyd dictate the pace of negotiations and take Manny out of his comfort zone.
