Team Fury don't have any notable fighters apart from Tyson and Hughie so its an interesting move. I think Peter Fury's getting quite a good rep, it will be interesting to see if they all do the same shows / training camps and whether Peter Fury will train Chambers. I think for both the Fury's and Chambers the move makes sense in terms of preparation for fights, following the Haye camp I seem to remember Eddie saying how he wished he's sparred more with big heavyweights of good ability whilst the Fury's seemed to like honing their skills against a smaller, faster type fighter.
Cool thanks. I tend to wonder how much it really helps to spar with guys who are nowhere near your size, or the size of the guy you'll be fighting next. If Fury seriously wants to prepare himself for a chance to be great he should be sparring huge guys who can really punch, not someone who lacks power at 200 pounds. He's never going to be as fast and mobile as a Chambers or Cunningham, and it's not as simple as saying if he can avoid their punches he'll have better defence against bigger slower men, all the mechanics are different.
