What is wrong with you

i've been having stomache pains i seen the doctor and he took some blood tests and i'll have the reults by next week. so should a walk be my limit?

Yeah, i would be very carefull then and wait for the results.... before you make things worse. And then ask your doctor what you can and cannot do...
I don't know how bad the pains are, but just be carefull and stuff.
