He's fighting a 39 year old champ who, while once an amazing talent, has been plagued with knee injuries over the last few years, hasn't fought in over a year and looked like he had declined considerably in his last outing.

Cotto is trying to take advantage of a once great champ who (seemingly) is ripe for the picking. And what's more, he wouldn't even fight him at his weight class.

I hope he gets sparked.

This would probably be the only fight in cottos career that he's taken advantage of something like that. But he 5'6 going to 160/159 he's small for 154 he's a dwarf at 160. So in reality it's also Martinez taking advantage of cottos courage wouldn't you say? He's picking on the little guy. So I don't see how cotto is taking advantage of him. Mayweather could fight Martinez or JCC could rematch him or GGG or canelo could but no one else is taking the risk cotto is taking. How is cotto a bitch? if sergio wins Floyd won't take the challenge. but id rather cotto win, martinez is on his way out anyways. cotto can still fight another few years as long as he keeps training the way he is. but of course im also a cotto fan
