Agree with you except for Martinez. Martinez is a small middle and imo opinion only went to middle for more of a challenge as light middle was such a weak division at the time. Floyd hand picks his fight at light middle which is why I dont think you can consider him a legit guy at 154.

I cant think of any 154 fighter at the time who was considered as dangerous as the likes of Pavlik. Williams was class but wouldnt consider him dangerous as he was more of a high work rate guy then a killer puncher and Martinez was robbed against him. The only dangerous guy I can think of is Margarito and at this time he was competing at welter.
