Think I posted this last year but in the space of a week or so days last June 3 of my friends died in their 40s. 1 brain tumour (40), 1 stomach cancer (my boss of 15 years, aged 49) and 1 cancer spread (41, her third bout of cancer since she was 36 having beaten it twice)

The latter two had young children. It's a fucker and puts everything into perspective.

There's 16 of us actually going to Manchester this weekend to celebrate my former bosses, what would have been, his 50th birthday
Yes Mark we all look at our mortality, I have not had a good year myself with my health , mate I see
it all the time in the Crematorium after 37 years, of it hits you when you no the person.
Lost my best mate 5 weeks ago only 44 bless him, far too young,Makes you realise, enjoy life don't moan and be a miserable twat, have fun and don't take things so serious. Only things that matter in life is your health, family and friends.
