I couldn't get skype to work on the windows 8 app - fucking shit

so i installed the desktop version.

Same as getting videos to play with the app shit - still wank

It keeps asking me to upgrade to 8.1 but everytime it gets so far and I get "Windows 8.1 Update has failed to install "

I've hated this laptop since day 1. Once it packs in I think I will try a mac
