Stiverne would win IMO because his punches are sharper and he's in better shape. Prime vs Prime it's a lot closer because Sam Peter had a good solid jab and big power.

I think Sam Peter can still be in some good interesting fights but not at the title contender level. Peter-Arreola wouldn't be horrible, Peter-Briggs is still interesting because those guys hate each other (supposedly)
