He isnt talking about, the same thing as i am. Hips govern movement, because of the coxxys your centre of gravity, balance, posture the position of the head is controled by it.
However you have to move your lead foot forward and pivot on the back foot to transfer your weight through?how else would it be any different? even if his ear is in line with his coccyx the moment that he puts his foot forward his ear would be in front of his coccyx so the movement is the same as what he is talking about correct?
No its not, head going forward stops direction of power, watch a top sprinter, when they reach for the line they lose drive, half the energy goes through the front foot
If you don't use horizontal placement then how would you transfer your weight through?without Horizontal placement you wouldn't be able to load up and you wouldn't have any extension and follow through.
Extension of what.
Full extension of the hips and shoulders, also if you don't use horizontal placement and do not pivot on the rear foot then the punch will go over your opponents head,if you push up on the back rear heal without horizontal placement then you'll be caught reaching in after you punch.
I honestly don't think you even bother reading what people are saying half the time, or you don't understand it at all. You're in your own world man.
