I do not know how Cowdell nearly beat Sanchez and gets slaughtered by Nelson who loses to Sanchez.

Nelsons fight with Sanchez was on extremely short notice and he almost pulled it off. Cowdell was a bit of an overachiever and Sanchez most likely took him a little light.

Nelson put up a great effort and he was inexperienced. I wonder what a peak Asumah Nelson would have done with Sanchez.
