Either one of the two Brits should try to get a crack at him because they'd most likely get home ice. I dont think Haymon will let Cruz near him. Quigg/Frampton of course is a natural but they could also wait that one out. Either man against Cruz would sure be a treat.
He said he never wanted to go up after Donaire but he might have to in search of that glory. I cant see him going near Walters. The dude must be a lightweight at least. Loma would be one hell of a boxing match but here again Arum and Rigo could be on bad terms. Rigo/Gonzalez would be interesting.
I think Rigo took a nap in Japan and we'd see a much different version against any of those guys.
