The scientists doing studies like this get grant money from the government....if there's no Anthropogenic Global Warming then there's no crisis, if there's no crisis then politicians can't convince the populace to give up rights/liberty/money, and if that doesn't happen then what good are the scientists to the politicians?

Dr. Bengtsson was effectively drummed out of The Global Warming Policy Foundation for....any guess He's not a "denier" of Global Warming, not even really a "denier" of Anthropogenic Global Warming.......so what did he do to get his colleagues all pissy at him? He made the mistake of DARING to wonder if Anthropogenic effects on Global Warming were big enough to be a crisis.
