Looking at someone fighting as high as they can fight vs someone fighting as low as they can fight is absurd.

Armstrong fought at featherweight, Gavilan and Napoles were at 122 and 126, Duran turned pro at 119, so why whine that it isn't fair when former greats have done it? Seems only appropriate that someone claiming to be TBE would also attempt it

I think this is the early stages of mayweather being accused of ducking GGG.

I'm just pointing out the fact that former greats who started at lighter weights than Mayweather challenged themselves at middlweight. Fans didn't whine about it being unfair. I remember being excited about Duran taking on Hagler, not complaining that Duran didn't belong at 160 or fighting Barkley (the man who knocked out the man who knocked him the f__k out, Tommy Hearns).
