do you absolutely have to be at that weight or is it just that you would like to be?
i wouldnt bother if i didnt need to i dont feel it would make that much difference....
but if your set on it stick on a sweat suit or really wrap up warm and train hard sweat the weight off only problem bieng is that your body wil be dehydrated!
